Isle of Charlie takes great pride in the quality of the craftsmanship of each and every item we produce. This is why we warrant all of our products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months from date of purchase.

Warranty Returns
Isle of Charlie asks that you return all defective products for our evaluation. This helps us to provide the best quality assurance to our customers. All defective items returned for warranty service will be replaced at our discretion.

This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper care such as the use of inappropriate leather cleaner, accidents, normal wear and tear or the natural breakdown of materials such as zipper or velco wear etc Please see the Product Warranty page for more detailed information on Warranty returns.

Exchange
If you want to exchange an item for any reason for another beautiful Isle of Charlie bag, we will glady exchange your purchase. Goods for exchange must be returned within 7 days of invoice or order date in original unused condition and packaging, with all tags attached.

In the case of an exchange, you will be required to pay for the return freight of the product.You must provide a proof of purchase from the Isle of Charlie online store or authorised product stockist.

Change of Mind

We want you to love your new Isle of Charlie nappy bag as much as we do!
If by chance you don’t love it, we will gladly exchange or refund the original purchase price. Please contact us within 7 days of the purchase date by emailing us on info@isleofcharlie.com.au

The item must be returned in unused condition with all tags and packaging intact at the cost of the customer. You must provide a proof of purchase from the Isle of Charlie online store or authorised product stockist.
