Isle of Charlie aims to get your delivery to your door as quickly as possible and uses a combination of courier and Australia Post, dependent on your location. Isle of Charlie will always choose the service that offers the quickest possible delivery time.
We generally dispatch your order within 24-48 hours following placement.

For Australian deliveries, Isle of Charlie uses Australia Post eParcel or Courier with signature confirmation required upon delivery.
For Australia Post deliveries, if a signatory is not available on delivery your parcel will taken to the local Australia Post Office for later pickup.
For Courier deliveries, a calling card will be left where you can then make further arrangements for re-delivery.
The International Courier service is a secure method of international postage, requiring a signature upon delivery of your parcel and will take This service will take approximately 7 – 10 business days.
If a signatory is not available to accept the parcel on delivery, you will be notified to pick it up from your local post office. This procedure varies in different countries.
Isle of Charlie does not accept responsibility for parcels that are misplaced after they have been signed for & delivered.
